Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the package

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

Refund Policy

After verification and approval:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Opened or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Perishable or customized items
